Need help with Torque arm?

Whats a good STB to go with on a 01 Camaro SS. Also what is a good torque arm. Is the BMR torque arm any good and also what would i gain with an aftermarket torque arm?? Thanks guys for any help!

my friend uses that one on his 9 second lt1. he loves it, said it bolted right in.

im kinda ignorant toward suspension mods, so what exactly does this do? does it make the car ride really rough? i is more traction the only thing ill notice?

i have the spohn chassis mounted TA and its a PITA! it transfers all the noise throughout the car. its been magnified since my 9" install. I think im going to go with UMI's tranny mounted TA to get rid of the noise and because my Ypipe rests on the brace.
