B&m shift plus?

Does anybody have any info on this and is it a worth while mod?

the b/m shift plus is an electronic device you splice into the two wires going to the transmission that controls line pressure. there are three settings. off, light, and hard shifts. used to have it in my 94 z28 years ago. works good.
