v6 to v8 tranny swap.

well, im planning on buying a lt1 to swap into my v6 firebird. I have a 95 v6 firebird a4. I was wondering if i put in a LT1 into my car, will the factory a4 tranny from my v6 bolt up to the v8.

Sorry but no it will not, Wrong bell, input shaft set up. You will need a V8 unit.
