Which trans line?

I have a 97 Lt1 and I am going to add a trans cooler to it.
Can anyone tell me which line is the return line on the radiator or at the trans?
Also were do I cut the factory line?

simple way to find out, get a catch can of some sort abd breifly bump or run the motor, if the line spits out fluid, you wii have the answer.

You should not need to cut any lines, there should be adaptors to make all the connections.

gro from the out of the factory cooler in the rad, to the in on the cooler, then back to the trans return line.
