extreme shaking

i have a 6 spd ws6 and it seems when im at full throttle it feels like my tranny is shaking really bad. its fine till i get to third at high rpm at full throttle and continues from bout 80+. but it only happens if im at full throttle and it still even shakes after the acceleration even if im in nuetral and coasting back down. any ideas what it could be. im thinking maybe tranny mounts.

Chek the torque arm mounts as well. Also check if something hit your propshaft( out of balance) or joints.
