what size stall for my dd

OK so i have a 97 camaro, and its my dd.
my mods are...
hooker long tube
3" magna flow exhaust
k&n cool air intake
4.10 gears
torque arm
and sub frames

Now i was wanting to get a stall next and i have read up about them. i just do not know which one would be good for me (my dd) and still does a good job.

Everyone on this site will tell you 3800 to 4300 I don't have one yet but my mechanic is saying 3200 at the most for a daily driver should be the best of both world. Let me know if you do it I would like to drive a car that hasd it before I do mine to be sure.

3500 is perfect for a DD. If you do less, you will regret it and want more eventually.
