torsen 2 or 3 series carrier

is there any particular markings found on the carrier that will tell me what series it is? i bought this already off of a vehicle a few years back and i need to find out what it is so i can sell it.

Do you know what axle ratio it is? I believe 3.08 and lower are a series 2 carrier and a 3.23 and up are a series 3 carrier.

i know which series takes what gear ratio, i just need to find out if there's identifying marks to tell what carrier it is.
