Congratulations....Did you get a 05 LS2? Headers/CAI/Dyno Tune just wakes these things up in a big way.....A4 or M6? Here is a little list of gains vs. cost....

FI is good....I'm on nitrous but dont tell none of the kids ok....they dont think us old fella's know anything about it.....Yup....Kooks Long Tubes....Cold Air Intake...Dyno Tune will put 50+ to the wheels and rev much quicker.....of course then come the heads/cam :) The LS2's are responding very well to FI....5-7 lbs of boost are turning out some great numbers......This Maggie seems to be the choice of more than a few....

I wouldn't recommend another web site....That is inappropriate at the least....we (members) try and promote and patronize our sponsors here....and I have http://www.ls1.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1704 ... we should expect the same patronage from our sponsors don't you think? And if you look through the GTO specific forums here you will see members joining and participating here (yes even one admin for the "other" site)...why? Cuz they get real answers and semi mature responses versus the flaming and childish bullshit "over there"....there....I ain't flaming you man...I support you....just had to air a little..:)

i have got a set of 20's scavenged off my 1999 t/a as well as zex nitrous wet kit with an illuminated red rapid fire purge system so mloud it comes with ear plugs! ntrous system is still in boxs beside the computer nitrous is the biggest bang for the buck--i think i spent around $1,100 and that is with all the goodies, blowdown, heater, pressure gauge--etc...:drivin: :drivin:

haven't tryed to put them on yet i am going to look into getting some adapters today and see if they are gonna work--they came off my 1999 t/a and they are "lugcentric" wheels and gto's are "hubcentric" but i have seen 20" wheels for sale for the gto so i'll let you know---if not i'm gonna have a new set of 20's with z rated falkens with 300 miles for sale

Fenders are easy to roll...I don't recommend cutting them as there is a weld holding the 2 pieces together......there also is available spacers to compensate that will make your wheel hub centric...you can get them custom made...

You WILL need to roll fenders for most 18" and definitely for any 19". I have never seen 20" on a GTO.

I just got my w-2 in the mail today---gonna use the money to get some goodies for the goat and talk to custom auto shops to see if it's doable---they're 255-35-20" falkens on a 20x8.5 wheel---fairly narrow for a t/a but max width for a goat---not to say that there aren't people out there with wider wheels on goats--anyway thanks for the help and input guys

My problem is those wheels are already hubcentric with the right offset and everything---mine are off an f-body---i'm gonna sell my 20's with falkens and get some sticky mickey's for the rear with 125 hp of juice---now just gotta figure out which tps wire to hook my zex kit to---i understand there are 2 on the ls2---i guess thats what the "800" number that comes with the kit is for huh----hows the 402 project coming along? gonna get any sympathy parts/help from the people that tuned your engine lean? That sure would be nice of them---At leat freee tunes for life---or skip that free, dynos for life or a 402 short block ready to go:help:

On a 2005 GTO green wire off the TB is your TPS and you take a tach signal from the pcm to your switch....
As for the "tuner" that tuned me into a new engine....no ...total denial....I don't care.....I brought them tons of business and I shall take it away:)
I must say Patriot Performance has been supporting this above and beyond the call of duty....in both technical support and now with discounts so low it's like getting free heads...Patriot doesnt have to do a damn thing...but here they are giving me support and discounts busting their ass to get me back on the road........Gunnar wrote the book on customer support.....when I see these "What heads do I buy" threads I always preach the quality of Patriot and the Customer Support...and folks go off looking for the biggest flow numbers and bullshit that does not make a hill of beans worth of power or performance and end up with some bullshit combination with no support from the vendor that sold them the heads....Patriot stays with you during the build and after the build should any problems occur....top notch heads/quality and support...what is that worth?

Both me and Shane have the MF's on our 04's. Sound great. Mine has some drone though. Big difference in air flow, I can tell you that.

ya Mine sounds great--just a little louder then stock--my 2 stock mufflers and resonator were boat anchors--real heavy---so i'm thinking i shaved at least 25 lbs. and gained 9 hp and 14 ft. lbs. of torque
