Will a 94 camaro A4 transmission fit a 95 trans am,also an A4?

Now that I know it fits before I install it should a change anything on the transmission before it goes in?

who you buying it from, you should take it to a mechanic to see if it is in proper working order.

Actually a 94 is not PWM and a 95 is PWM. While the trans will fit you will need to swap the trans wiring harness and the 3 solenoids at the front of the trans from the 95 to the 94 , You will note that the 94 only has two solenoids at the front where the 95 has three,You will need to do this so te 3rd solenoid can act as a dummy to fool the 95 PCM .
Other wise you will set a code for the PWM solenoid, After doing this all should be fine
