I'm' not saying it was 'cos of it, but if your trans isn't built for it, I wouldn't do it. the 4L60E is weak as it sits, you're just asking for it to fail faster.

it's fine to raise the line pressure for better shifting; it's *not* fine to raise the factory's line pressure ceiling to run above that.
